My name is Georgette. Im 43 years old, married and have 2 grown boys and i'm looking to get healthy. My first goal is to be off my B.P. medication by my birthday which is November 26. I have lost 19 pounds so far using MFP. I want to be under 200 lbs by Dec 31. I'm looking for a few friends. I think after 9 months of being on this site I figured out that I can't do it alone. Will you be my MFP friend?

and my birthday is November 25th! (41)
I want to be under 200 by Christmas! and i know i can make it. so far you are my only friend on MFP Ive been here about 6 weeks
Lets get this done!
I am doing lite exercise like the WII fit and i have a stationary bike
I do the wii Zumba fitness on the weekends... Im new to it and realize i have no rhythm but HEY as long as i keep moving my cardio is pumping!
I just downloaded the app striiv and it helps. I have it on while im doing the wii stuff and its adding the stuff to my mfp log...
Im doing a high protein diet and so far i am only meeting the 1200 calories on the weekends when my husband makes me eat more0 -

Hiya. I could do with loads of support too cos motivation virtually non-existant. I'm sick of not fitting into my 'normal' jeans and my baggy jeans being tight and leaving a red mark round my waist when I take them off- oh and my cat using my tummy as a cushion cos it's so flabby and squishy!
I've even turned down nights out with friends cos nothing fits, which isn't good when Christmas isn't far away and the party season starts! So please feel free to add me as a friend and maybe we could support one another?0 -

You can do it. Just take one day at a time. Set small goals and long goals. Log anything that goes in your mouth, be honest with YOURSELF. In the long run it only hurts you if your not.
