    I love that you said this, wow. I recently started C25k. It really seems to just melt the weight off. (I've done C25k before when i reached a healthy weight for my wedding 6 years ago). I'll have access to a gym in about a month and plan on strength training as well because I'm pretty sure it will help me run better and faster. Do you have any tips or recommendations on strength training for running?

    That is so awesome! I too started out in a size 24, I'm now down to a 10. Sometimes I put the size 24 on just because it totally amazes me that they used to fit me, matter of fact, they were tight.
