Need lots of you lovely peeps to offer encouragement and get it back in return. Back here again fatter than the last time and with more weight to lose now than before. MUST keep it up this time before I POP!! I am from the North West of England so any other UK ers out there?????     Here too am I!! Back not quite at the beginning but close enough that I feel in the need of a bit of a push and a pot of support!! Canadian winter is beginning and comfort food is getting heavier and I really don't want used that as a cop out this time!! So hello from Canada (SE Ontario) and I am glad to be joining this group!!
