Just looking for something I can do everyday, not too hard. I do own a stability ball and two 5 pound dumb bells, so it can include that equipment as well.

I'm a big fan of DVD workouts. Jillian Michaels is my favorite, but there's a lot of good stuff out there. If you have anything like Xfinity on demand, check out the Sports and Fitness category. I'm pretty sure Netflix has some workouts you can stream too. If nothing else, check out youtube.0

Question. If your going to take the time to work out, why would you not want to do something that challenges you to push yourself?0

Leslie Sansones Walk Away The Pounds. She has 1 mile up to 5 mile walks. You can always carry hand weights to add some extra resistance too. All you need is a 4x4 area to move around in. I have a the 4 Mile Super Challenge on my laptop and take it with me when we go on trips so I can even keep it going away from home.0

Check out Fitness Blender workouts on Youtube. They're not easy, but you can work up to them!!! If you wear a HR monitor, you'll see the great calorie burn in a short amount of time!0

I think maybe she was referring to a beginner workout as opposed to an advanced workout. When starting out with a lot of weight to lose or when you have never worked out, beginning with a workout that is too advanced for your level an be discouraging and lead to quitting.0 -
I see. Was trying to wrap my mind around why one would want to do that. Thank you for your point of view.0

Not a problem. Totally agree with you about challenging yourself. However, I have a feeling what is challenging to you may kill me, lol.0 -
Slim in 6! It's one of the easiest products from the makers of Insanity, P90x, etc and it works so well to lose weight! I can't recommend it enough.0
