Anyone know what the general healthy weight should be for 5'6 female?

Depends on frame size and body fat %. I have a small/medium frame size and to get a body fat % around 20% I should weigh about 130 pounds.

It depends on what type of body frame you have. I'm 5'6" and have a medium frame. I find that I look my best when I'm about 140 lbs. I've been 120-125 lbs before and it made me look sickly. Currently, I weigh 150 lbs and feel a tad over weight.
