I'm a huge college football fan and particularly a fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. If you're a fan of college football, what's your favorite team?

    However, I'm a college football writer, so my "fandom" has to be very limited. I actually have to cover my alma mater in a few weeks, which will be hard!

    Can you write a piece about how the refs have been unusually terrible this year? I feel like the refs should be their own team because they play around and win every time. I've never seen so many bad calls and even the hosts on sports networks like ESPN, CBS and FOX are going "wtf" at the calls being made during the game. I don't just mean after the fact commentary. The refs this year blow hard. I'm almost giving up on NCAA football because they are taking out the sport element.

    I don't have that kind of power haha. And honestly, I tend not to harp on the refs unless its blatent. Two people that get blamed the most for what's wrong in sports is refs, then sports writers. And honestly, I've only been subjected to Big Ten, I-AA and MAC football this year.... which I haven't seen a ton of "horrible" calls. Questionable yes, but you'll always have that.
