Newbie 18yr Old looking for Friends/Motivators

Im 160 pounds..and Im finding it very difficult to lose weight :( ????...Im very active when I want to be but I have my lazy moments 4days now Ive been trying to change that my exercise are mainly dancing for about 40 minutes & more and crunches . So around My birthday in january I will reach my goal weight 145 really aiming for 140 but 145 is fine so HELP A SISTER OUT ! Lol :) any tips
