    I am new but excited to read everyone's post. The encouragement and to see the success makes me
    believe I can do this. So far tracking my food has been a huge eye opener because I never felt like
    I ate "that much".....

    Tracking my food made me realize I was starving myself unknowingly because I was only hungry enough for one meal. My body was hoarding fats because it felt like it might not eat again or something lol

    It is hard to figure it all out. How much to eat, what to eat... so after adding MORE food did you start to lose weight?
