My first tangible NSV!

I've noticed a few things like a thinner face and such, but I feel like all of my clothing still fits pretty much the same. Some looser pants overall but they're still the right size for me, that kind of stuff.
I know many people buy clothing that's too small as a motivator, but I've always felt like that is a waste of money for me, so I've never purposely done it. However, Old Navy did send me a pair of pants that were dreadfully small (their sizing is so inconsistent, it makes me weep) and I decided to keep them. When I got them, they didn't zip, and they barely cleared my thighs. I swear I couldn't even comfortably bend my knees. But they were on sale, I really liked them, and I hoped that maybe SOME DAY they would fit.
Well, some day ended up being today. I've lost 16ish pounds.
(Please excuse my messy, messy bedroom - all these photos were taken on Sunday mornings, and I do all my cleaning on Sunday afternoon! Haha)
I took some pictures a bit ago, once they started to actually zip but were still just not going to work even with a forgiving shirt. Compared them to today. These are a bit embarrassing to post, but I think they show a huge difference even if the 'after' still isn't thin or fit.
I still have 68 pounds to lose, but I am so excited to have a little victory under my belt (pun intended)!
