I often shop at a small store that sometimes carries unusual imported foods.

Today I purchased two items that I haven't seen previously. They are not currently in the MFP database, and although there is nutritional information on the labels, I can't figure out how to add them. I'd really appreciate your help. :)

For both products, the package weight is 22g, but the nutrional data is for 100g, and I am *not* capable when it comes to math. :(

Here are the items:

1) Ochel Tov (the brand name) Thai Sweet Chilli Flavoured Mini Rice Cakes (the description)
-Energy kJ 1753kJ
Energy kcal 419kcal
Protein 7.6g
Carbohydrates 76.6g
--w.o. sugars 4.8g
Fat 8.5g
--w.o. saturated 1.2g
Fibre 2.6g
Sodium 0.4g

2) Ochel Tov (the brand name) Salt & Vinegar Flavoured Mini Rice Cakes (the description)
-Energy kJ 1736kJ
Energy kcal 415kcal
Protein 7.2g
Carbohydrates 76.2g
--w.o. sugars 1.3g
Fat 8.5g
--w.o. saturated 1.1g
Fibre 2.4g
Sodium 0.5g

Thanks in advance, fitness pals! :D

    Thanks so much!

I guess I'm getting a bit neurotic about this, but I didn't want to try them until I understood the nutrition.

Now, after all your work, I sure hope that I like them! Thanks again! :D
  • In the future, what I do is scan it, if it doesn't come up there should be an option to add it :)
