Hey y'all, just wanted to post a new progress pic since so many have asked. I've only lost about 15 more lbs since the last one but you can see a little difference. Hope y'all like and thanks again for all the friends who I've gained through all this. God bless!

To those asking how I list it, I literally only counted calories and work out about 3 to 4 times a week. I also try not to eat too many carbs.0
