Hiya,

I cant believe how bad I have been recently, I have not been eating well or doing any exercise and boy am I paying for it!! Really need some friends to give me a telling off and keep me on track! I would be happy to do the same in return, My name is Trina and I am a 37 year old mum of three from Manchester, England.

    hello i know where your coming from, i just posted a similar story! my names natalie and i have 3 kids, recently lost my nan after 2 weeks in hospital and with it lost the plot on my diet?? annoying really as i was doing so well for the first time ever! i have sent a friend request hope thats ok? im 31 and live in shropshire x
