Good luck! My advice: fill your friends list with highly supportive, active, and motivated people. The community around here is great and has so many amazing people. I find that having people commenting on my logging or checking out my food diary helps me hold myself accountable. Plus it's great to get encouragement from people who are working to achieve similar goals as yours. :flowerforyou:0
