It looks like I'm in maintenance mode for now ... I'm okay with that. I'm sure once the nicer weather is back and I can get back into my regular outdoor hikes then it will start coming off again. Have a great day everyone.

January 14 - 180.5 lbs (-3.5 lbs)
January 21 - 182 lbs (+1.5 lbs) (-2 lbs total)
January 28 - 180 lbs (-2 lbs) (-4 lbs total)
February 4 - 182 lbs (+2 lbs) (-2 lbs total)
February 11 - 182 lbs (0 lbs) (-2 lbs total)
February 18 - 182 lbs (0 lbs) (-2 lbs total)
February 25 - 181.5 lbs (-0.5 lbs) (-2.5 lbs total)

    Now that I lost this weight I will try my hardest not to eat bad foods like I used to and eat healthy and cook as much as possable.

    My next goal is to quit my new bad habit which is smoking.

    Hey all, I totally forgot to weigh myself this week, there was just so much going on. But I know I probably gained a little bit because I was grabbing the wrong stuff :sad: Oh well I will get back on the wagon again and see what this week brings me. Good to have you back Tanya!
