Now that I lost this weight I will try my hardest not to eat bad foods like I used to and eat healthy and cook as much as possable.
My next goal is to quit my new bad habit which is smoking.

Hey all, I totally forgot to weigh myself this week, there was just so much going on. But I know I probably gained a little bit because I was grabbing the wrong stuff :sad: Oh well I will get back on the wagon again and see what this week brings me. Good to have you back Tanya!0
