The Shred w/Jillian Michaels

What do folks log in their exercise when they do The Shred. Do you put something different in depending on which level you are doing?

Circuit training. No different logging for the different levels.0

This is what someone told me when I had the same question... It works out pretty much the same as logging Circuit training for 20mins... hope this helps.
This is apparently from Jillians website "30 day shred calorie burn - 3.267 calories burnt per pound every hour. Multiply by weight to get how many calories per hour you would burn and divide by 3 to get each 20 minute work out. ~ taken from Jillian Michaels website0 -

I would think it would be the same as strength training. I, however, made my own exercise listing, based on my heart rate monitor.0
