P90X Question

First day of P90X. I've dreaded it for a long time. I've had the program since 2009 and I've failed a couple of times that I've tried it. But I was not ready for it and I gave up easy. This time, I told myself different. I prepared myself mentally. Last week of August, I started Hip Hop abs for 4 weeks and followed Slim in6 for four weeks. I've lost 15 lbs. The following week, I sprained my ankle and took it lightly for a couple of weeks. Today is the P90X day, chest and back. I'd like to know what category does it fall into the exercises. When I tried to put it under the "strength" it didn't take any calorie deficit. Please help. Thank you!:flowerforyou:

I usually log them as "calisthenics," and just manually adjust the calorie burn based on http://p90xcalories.com/ and perceived excretion level.0
