It's times like this I feel disgusted in myself, I've gained over a stone back over the past 1-2 months. I spent most of last year trying to lose that stone, my weight kept going up and down.
Everytime I think to myself "I'm serious this time", I fall off the wagon the very same day. Do any of you guys have any tips/tricks for keeping yourself in line?
P.S. Does anybody know whether there will be a BlackBerry App for MFP? Thanks guys.

What kind of plan and goals do you have? I've found I'm successful this time around because I'm recording my calories, I have a gym membership I'm trapped in for 2 years so I have to go or I'm throwing away my money. Also, I sit all day so there's no reason for me to NOT record my stuff 'cause I have all the time in the world... plus, drinking water while sitting helps and that little walk to the bathroom every so often keeps me a little active.0

You can do it! Today is a new day and yesterday is gone... Look forward and take one min at a time!
Btw I would love an app for my blackberry <wishful thinking>0 -
Don't really know about the blackberryapp, but I do know your struggles. I know how frustrating it can be to keep gaining what you have already lost. Just don't give up, and don't let the scale discourage you into making bad choices. I know for me, I can be really hard on myself, so I try to make a better choice each day on what I eat, and if I do indulge, I don't let it ruin the rest of the day. Not sure if any of that helps, but at least you know your not alone...0

well darling you must love yourself first as you are, first the inside and then the outside. You have to be always in a good mood and you should have friends who always support you.. Those are my tips for you..The rest will come in time...0

I'm gonna try hard!0 -
I think the best advice i can give you is to start each day afresh. If you have had a bad day, forget it and remember that tomorrow you can start over.
Best of luck0
