Can't stop losing weight....

I have been on a Journey to change my lifestyle for some time now. First, I started exercising more....starting with short walks, moving up to long, vigorous hikes, then to running, and on to strength training and boot camp type classes. Then I started trying to cut out bad fats, carbonated drinks, candy and sweets, and eat healthy. I started logging my food and counting calories, and over the course of about a year, I have dropped 120 lbs, and feel strong and healthy. So here is my question. Its supposed to be pretty nasty here this weekend...winter type storms, sleet and ice....really nasty. Do y'all think it will be ok if I maybe just sit around the tv sunday playing x-box. and maybe eat a couple slices of pizza, or will that wreck my whole program?

I wouldnt....0

It's definitely going to ruin your whole program, but only if you log it. If you don't log it, it has zero calories!0
-
Bette not. I'm pretty sure you'll gain 120 pounds. What the ? If you are asking, you probably really need a weekend like that. Do it.0
-
Just break up.0
-
That's exactly what I did over the weekend.0
-
You won't gain any weight if you eat fried chicken....avoid pizza, unless it's double cheese. Log your cals burned playing xbox, but only if you are winning.....that should do it.0
-
You'll gain in all back in one weekend.0
-
Why are all yall being so sarcastic and mean?????0
-
Double Bacon Six Cheese Pizza Only! I am pretty sure it is a negative calorie food.0
-
I would get it checked by a doctor. It might be infected.0

As long as you can stop after 1 or 2 slices, you won't set yourself back. It always helps me, when I decide to indulge a craving, to make sure I balance it out with the healthy stuff - salad, veggies, drinking water instead of soda, etc. And then have a plan to STOP. That's where I get in trouble - when I decide to indulge myself and next thing I know, it's a week later and I'm cracking open a can of sweetened condensed milk to make some caramel. For me, it includes having a menu planned to get back on track and knowing my workout buddy is expecting me at the gym. But, honestly, if you've already lost 120 lbs, you probably know this. One day won't destroy everything, as long as it is just one day.0

i hate it when people are just sarcastic and don't give real answers. soooo.....the more important question is are you mentally strong enough to go back to your routine come monday? at the end of the day we all slip up, we slip up for days it's how/when/if we recover that's the most important part of this journey. will spending a lazy weekend doing nothing and enjoying pizza wreck your entire program, probably not as long you GO BACK TO YOUR PROGRAM - this is how it won't wreck it.0 -
Why are all yall being so sarcastic and mean?????
Because it seemed like a joke question. If you've lost 120 pounds, you know what you can do and not do. One weekend isn't going to derail you - you must already know that!0 -
You should step away from the pizza and let professionals handle this.0
-
Depends.
You do realize that muscle weighs more than fat, right?
(Yeah, I'm not sure how that's applicable here either, but I'm certain that it is...somehow.)0 -

What do you mean? Are you saying that I am fatter now than I was a year ago, because I weigh less?0 -

Why does everyone always think I am some kinda joker? I just come here and ask a simple question.....0 -

Both of these quotes make no sense, of coursea oil bit of pizza isn't going to ruin all your hard work, would have to be giant pizza to gain 120lb back!0 -

Well, if you are...and I'm not saying that you are...it's almost certainly just water weight.0 -

It can't be water weight....I never drink water. Only sodas, or tequila,,,,,0 -
Your tag line has nothing to do with the question....?0
-
Go for it. But drink a Diet Pepsi with it. I'm told the negative calories in DP act like a sponge for fatty foods (yes, someone did actually say that to me once).0

Stop pretending to be Sherlock HOlmes. Its very unbecoming....0 -

There's your problem. If you don't drink at least eight glasses of water every day, bad things happen...(like you'll go into starvation mode and all of your extra calories will be stored as fat).0 -

But I have already lost 120 lbs drinking no fluids at all. I get my moisture from bean sprouts, celery, and saltine crackers.0 -

You do realize that celery is a negative calorie food, right? That means that it cancels out the benefits of "healthy" food. If I were you, I'd find a different source for your water nutrients.
And saltine crackers are high in sodium which means you'll gain at least five pounds every time you eat them.
The more I hear about your diet, the more convinced I am that eating the pizza would actually be an improvement for you.0 -

Don't go to gym, give yourself a break! Stay at home, play Xbox , surf the net.
No need for pizza... Get yourself some yummy grilled chicken with mozzarella! And a beer r some wine!one glass.

I have heard grilled chicken will really mess your macros up. Too much protein is bad, especially if you are lifting heavy, right?0 -
