Yes! Three weeks away and now, two weeks later, I am just starting to feel that I'm getting back into a routine. You'll get there!

    Did you gain much?
  • You don't need to get into the swing if you don't stray from the plan.

  • I did stray away from the plan, hence why i need to get back int the swing of it. I gained about 4 lbs or so

I spent three weeks in Italy and then on a cruise with a bunch of friends...tons of walking, but also more wonderful food and wine than at home. So yes, I gained 4 lb. The thing is, I know exactly what to do about that and have done it. 3/4 gone. It doesn't concern me. Also, as a friend of mine said, "normal" people often gain weight on holidays, too. The trick is not to let it lead to abandoning the new lifestyle.
I also learned that I can only resist the bread basket for exactly two and one half weeks!
