    Outstanding, those 2 rock. I've messaged with Andrew, but I don't know that lady. Must be the quiet type, like my wife who's a member here, has lost 66 pounds, and reads the board but never posts.

    Beth and Andrew, you guys are FABULOUS, and such an inspiration. :drinker: I'm proud to know you here on MFP, and happy to have you as the "If they can do it, I can do it!" people in the back of my head. Thanks for being part of the MFP family, and for showing us what a beautiful thing two people can do in a loving marriage. You have lucky boys!!!!

    Thank you so much for posting this link. I also sent it to my family members as "fitness inspiration." I have been trying to encourage my parents to take greater responsibility for their health. They'll pass the "mid-50s" mark within the next month. This was a really good interview that packed a lot of information in to 3 minutes, and it made me "well up" with emotion, happy for the family while empathizing with my own family members.
