Help on Army pt test.

I'm trying to bulk up and pass a Army pt test, my weak point is my run. I have to run a 16.36 min. two mile i want to get it down to at least a 15 min. any ideas?

Run yo haha. Na just asked the same thing. Sprint for 60sec/ Walk for 120sec and repeat for 20-30 min0 -
try running with someone faster than you, that always helped me.0

-interval training - a series of short all-out sprints with active (jogging) recovery.
-weighted runs - build strength and have your speed fly up when you take the weight off.
-longer runs - practice your stamina on 5mile runs to make the 2miles super easy.0 -
im in the same boat as you dude, the thing that helped me get lean and run better is ruck marching, i did those for the mileage then ran for the speed, it worked for me0
