Hey!! --- New to this thing.... trying to get back down to my wight I was while traveling in Nepal and India.... I'm a full time nursing student... tons of work... lots of studying.... all in relation to HEALTH... so I want to be healthy myself.

    Good luck. It's hard at first, but once you get used to it, it's quite easy. Just remain steadfast in your pursuit; never waver. You're doing this for yourself; make yourself proud.
