Breastfeeding

Hi everyone! I have recently given birth to my second daughter (9weeks ago) and am starting to look at my weight loss. I am breastfeeding exclusively which I know burns several hundred calories a day. However, there is no option anywhere on MFP to log this calorie deficit. Any suggestions on how I can keep track of this when accounting for my calorie intake?
Thanks everyone!!
Thanks everyone!!

If you know on average how many calories it is then add it as your own exercise cals and rename it? I'd normally underestimate on exercise and overestimate on food so i know the chances are i'm at a defecit.0

Just type "breastfeeding" into the food search, and then pick the one that best suits your needs. My son is a year so I do "breasting feeding- older baby, 3-5 times daily." 200 cal. hope this helps!0
