I've been taking oxy elite pro for awhile now. I do morning workouts and it gets me awake and ready to go. I don't drink coffee so it's my caffeine for the mornings. I know theyre bad and i shouldnt have started taking them in the first place. I really want to stop taking them but idk what else I can do to get awake and ready to workout in the mornings. Anyone have any ideas?

get off caffeine completely and in a week or two you will no longer need caffeine to function in the morning.0

Use the natural ways of waking up.... have a shower as soon as you get out of bed. Try walking for 5 minutes in the cold morning air. these things wake you up enough to be able to function0

What about a cup of black Tea [zero calories and has caffeine in it]....better still you could try going cold turkey on the caffeine full stop and just try starting off the day with a really, cool shower. Brrrrrrrr -
Not pleasant but better than relying on supplements to "wake" you up and get you going0 -
Get enough sleep so you don't need something to get you going in the morning0

I have. 9 month old who still gets up about 2 times in the night so I get as much asleep as I can already.0

From an admitted caffeine addict. . .get away from it if you can!!! I'm stepping down now with the goal of near elimination (a glass of iced tea occassionally) starting in the new year.
When I need to be AWAKE early, I set my alarm early enough to get on the computer and check email and FB and MFP. . .reading these with the computer screen light wakes me up enough to go get dressed to work out. But, I will need my caffeine eventually!! LOL0
