LEGs & BUTT - WoRkOuT

I do plenty of different workout to help out my butt and legs. Just wanting to know what helps sculpt your butt and legs more and if its working for you. I can use all the tips and tricks i can get.

    ^^Those. And deadlifts are pretty good for the legs & butt, as well!

    walking up stairs, Deadlift's, Stiff Leg Dead Lifts, Sumo Dead Lifts and Squats, Bulgarian Split Squats, Lunges, Reverse lunges, Curtsey lunges, Step Ups, Crossover Bench Step Ups, One legged Deadlifts (T-Bend), Lunge Matrix, Bowler Squat, One Legged Get Ups, Bower Squat and Calf Raise, Bowler Squat + Stiff Leg Deadlift, Curtsey Lunge + Dumbbell Squat, T-Bend + Y-Squat, Reverse Lunge & Step Up, Curtsey Lunge + Step Up, Y-squat, Narrow Stance Squat

    I need to work on my butt too....But Im not graceful enough for ballet.....So squats and lunges it is.........

    I like Tony Hortons p90x legs and but but i also like Billy Blanks his classic will work them he works Whole body but Bootcamp abs works a lot on legs and butt too. Then there is Jillian Michaels Killer Buns & Thighs . ALl work well!

    Weighted squats, lunges and deadlifts. Plus all of their variations...one legged, split, etc.

    I do squats and lunges and the Brazilian Butt workout. I love them. Everyone notices when I do these workouts. My butt looks nice and plumped.

    Glute bridge and weighted kickbacks.. and I do hip thrusts on a balance/yoga ball with added weight. Do enough of those with enough weight and that a** will burn, promise.

    And of course, squats, lunges, DL, stiff-leg DL. All day long. :-)

    Lmao. I am far from graceful. I do it in seclusion. I am not very flexible, so my ballet looks very ungraceful.

    Heavy squats and deadlifts seem to have the trick for me. If you want to go further you can do glute bridge>hip thrust

    brazil butt lift......i havent done it much but my husband just said a couple weeks ago "your legs look smaller" wooo hooo thats what i wanted to hear and hes not the type to sugar coat or say things just to make you feel good lol
