GROCERY LIST FOR COLLEGE KIDS?!? HELP!

Options
I need to surround myself with healthy foods to get back into the habit of eating healthy foods.

I live in a dorm room - by myself - with a refirdgerator, a freezer, a microwave, and a toaster.

What are foods I can keep in my room to create meals so I am not tempted with the cafeteria meals?! Please help, I'm desperate.

Cafeteria meals aren't always bad.... I have a meal plan at my college, and they offer a ton of different choices. Just need to have self control if they have a junkier food type section.

Otherwise.... fruits/veggies.... eggs.... sandwich meats...various things that don't need refrigeration--- soup, nuts, bread...

I'm in college too & I'm working on the same thing right now! So far I have:

    FRIDGE/FREEZER
    eggs
    reduced fat pepperjack cheese
    pouches of tuna in water
    pouches of tuna salad
    light silk soymilk
    8th continent original soymilk
    baby carrots
    frozen broccoli

SHELF (I use it as a pantry lol)
a small tupperware of sliced almonds
    a small tupperware of peanuts
    a small tupperware of cashews
a bag of whole wheat oroweat bread
canned baked beans (okay not that good bc of the sugar but i prefer them so much more than regular canned beans)
    kashi oatmeal dark chocolate cookies
kashi peanut butter & chocolate protein bars
    luna bars
    low fat vanilla almond granola
packets of flavored instant oatmeal (not that good but... whatever lol they're good)
a canister of plain instant oats
a box of brown sugar (to flavor the plain oats)

I also bought this amazing thing from ebay:
    2pcs-heart-shape-microwave-egg-cooker-valentines-gift-e39c3.jpg

which allows me to cook eggs in the microwave. And yes they turn out wonderfully, & taste just like hard boiled eggs but in a heart shape ^.^ I use them for breakfast sandwiches.
