HELLO MY NAME IS ANNA I RECENTLY STARTED MY DIET AND EXCERISE PLAN 1200CAL AND 60MIN 3 TIMES A WEEK OF CARDIO. MY WEIGHT HAS BEEN A PROBLEM MY WHOLE LIFE I GUESS I ALWAYS JUST PUT IT OFF. BUT I DONT WANT TO DO THAT ANYMORE I WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND FEEL BEAUTIFUL. SO IM READY FOR CHANGE AND IM HOPING THIS WEBSITE WILL HELP ME STAY ON TRACK!

I LOVE THE EXCERISE SO FAR BUT IVE ALWAYS LIKED TO BE ACTIVE THE ONLY THING I HATE IS WHEN PEOPLE STARE AT ME SO THATS WHY I HATE GYMS I DO MOST OF MY CARDIO OUTSIDE WITH MY FRIENDS

SO THE WORST FOR ME IS MY LATE NIGHT CRAVINGS OH MAN THEY TURN ME INTO A CRAZY LADY SO IM WARNING ALL OF YOU I MIGHT BE ON HERE A LOT AT NIGHT BUGGING YALL.

    Hey anna.

    Looks like 1200 calories might be a little low for you right now. You have a great goal of wanting to be healthy but not eating enough while you are loosing weight will work against that.
