Jillian Michaels 30 day shred completed results!

Ok so I am new to MyFitnessPal although I have used the iPhone app before to log my exercise and calorie intake but I've given up on that now!

I wanted to write a post on the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred that I am sure most of you are familiar with or at least aware of!
I managed to complete the whole shred, although I was a bit naughty and missed the 26th day I think and I made up for it the next day by doing the shred twice and also a 3 mile walk. Some days I did do the shred twice but this was only on two or three occasions.

Lets get straight to it. P.s. in no way shape or form am I claiming that I am overweight or anything! I would just like to tone up and meet my goal of having a six pack by Xmas (!!)

My weight and measurements when I first started were:

53.6kg
Waist 28inch
Hips 36.5inch
Thighs 21inch left 20.5inch right
Calves 13.5inch
Upper arms 10.2 inch

On day 11 just before I started level 2:

53.3Kg
Waist 27.4inch (-0.6inch)
Hips 35.7inch (-0.8inch)
Thighs same
Arms same

On day 21 just before I started level 3

53.3kg
Waist 27inch (-0.4inch)
Hips 35 (-0.7inch)
Thighs left 20inch (-1inch) right 19.5inch(-1inch)

My measurements from day 21 until the end haven't really altered. I've had a total loss of 4inches in total! Beside the shred, I have been trying to hula hoop for half an hour a day! I have just started ripped in 30 and also killer buns and thighs which I am hoping to do 3 times a week.
