I just ordered my first container of Raw Foods Organic Meal replacement... http://www.gardenoflife.com/Products-for-Life/Foundational-Nutrition/RAW-Meal.aspx

Seems pretty healthy... anyone have any experience with it? short term? long term? While I'm not usually a huge fan of replacing actual food with meal replacements... I have literally had no time lately... and won't really until after about the first of the year, and this whole body by bacon that I'm getting from grabbing fast food has GOT to stop!

Thoughts?

    I don't get it either.............

    I thought we were going to be talking about raw liver, raw hamburger or steaks, raw nuts, raw dairy, raw fruits and vegetables.

    If you supposedly don't have time to nourish your body correctly and your simply turning to a meal replacement, you have very poor time management skills.

    barbacking is what we used to call the guy at the bar that did all the stocking behind the bar during business hours so the bartenders and waitresses didn't have to waste their time replenishing beer and liquor at the bar.

    I don't have any experience with any powders though, so not very helpful to you I'm afraid.
