I love pumpkin pie and hate smoothies but my trainor really wants me to incorporate one on the three days we work out for an hour, so with her help I created this and I really enjoyed it. Never been a smoothie person but this really worked for me, just thought I would share, it would be a great breakfast also.

Trader Joe's - Almond Milk- (Vanilla Unsweetened), 0.5 cup
Now Sports - Pea Protien, 1 level scoop
Trader Joe's - Pumpkin Butter, 1 tbsp
Spices - Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp 1
Spices - Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp
Bananas - Raw, 1 small
5 ice cubes
Water until desired consistency, I used about 3/4 c
Per Serving: Calories 295 Carbs 38 Fat 4 Protien 30 Fiber 5 Sodium 427

These are good! I've been making for awhile from a recipe I found on MFP and adapted:

Trader Joe's - almond milk- (vanilla unsweetened), 1
Vanilla flavored proteing powder - 1 sccop
Trader Joes organic canned pumpkin - 1/2 cup
    Pumpkin pies spice
    1/2 raw banana
    ice cubes

i came up with my own pumpkin smoothie recipe (makes one serving)

    8oz of reg almond milk
    1/4C pumpkin puree (libby's)
    1/4C old fashioned oats
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    cinnamon (to taste)
    nutmeg (to taste)

blend until smooth, or the consistency you like and drink.

    275 calories
    29g protein
    31g carbs
    6g fat
    11g sugar
    243mg sodium

you can lower calories, sugar and carbs by doing 1/2C almond milk and 1/2C water.

I attempted creating my own pumpkin protein shake recently, similar to ones posted above, but it just tasted like squash! I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla protein powder, canned pumpkin, and spices. The same thing happened when I made a pumpkin pie oatmeal recipe I had found. Couldn't even finish it. Any ideas on how to get rid of that canned squash taste??

Could you try some sugar free maple syrup? I like Maple Grove Farms kind. Would steel cut oats work? Or only the quick cook?
