Is it enough?

I started Chalean Extreme (again) last week. So far I have not seen any changes (scale or clothing) but I do realize it's early. My question is, is Chalean Extreme enough with watching what I eat, on its to see changes? Chalean is a lot of lifting and strength exercises with some cardio thrown in there in 2 of the videos. I know it's a good program in itself, I'm just wonder if it's enough.

    Enough to see weight/fat loss? If it creates a calorie deficit, then yes. Enough to increase fitness? That would depend on how fit you already are, but weights and cardio should do it as long as you are pushing yourself. If it feels too easy, then you may need to try something more challenging.
