I'm new to the forum but not new to weight loss. Twice now I have lost four stone, this time I am going to loose it and KEEP IT OFF. Feel free to add me as a friend as I could do with all the help I can get.

I am looking at loose at least 4 stone, maybe 5 in time for my holiday to Sydney in August.

    Hi Welcome and good luck. I have twice lost 5 stone and twice put it back on. Now diabetic
