Hi there, I actually used this site over 2 years ago to help me get healthy before starting a family. Its been a year since I've had my son and now I feel ready to get this extra weight off. Like most of you, I've had a struggle with my weight most of my life. So I'm ready to get healthy for myself and for my family.
