My name is Cindy and I've been on Myfitnesspal since May 2012 and I love this app. It keeps me on my toes and encourages me to be consistent by entering all the food that I eat which this is something I've never done. I exercise 7 days a week and drink lots of water. I encourage everyone to d/load the app.
