I have been doing this for 2 weeks and love it and most days it tells me I should be down about 8 pounds in 5 weeks but I am not losing anything. I think my sugar and carbs are still too high even though my calorie intake is pretty good. I think you all can see my food diary for tips! Thanks,

With a private diary it is hard to know, but I never find that "you will weigh X amount in 5 weeks" thing to be accurate at all.0

Welcome to mfp.. I love this site as well! I just tried to check your diary and I can not see it. Are you drinking enough water?0

Two weeks is too soon to worry. It can take the body quite awhile to adjust to changes.
I gained 2 pounds my first couple of weeks here. I think it was due to my digestive system getting really sluggish and holding onto things. My body just wasn't used to the reduced volume of food.0
