Fell off the wagon :(

As the title suggests, yep...I fell off the wagon.
Here are my stats and a plan of action.
Would like any feedback, positive or negative, to help me out.
Thanks in advance!
Stats:
5'2, 18yo, girl
Current weight...too scared to check.
Currently spilling over an AUS size 10 (which I THINK is a US size 6)
Fitness plan:
High intensity cardio in the mornings for weightloss and 30 Day shred in the arvo for strength training and weightloss.
A template of what I will typically be eating is in my food diary under today's date. Feel free to have a looksie and tell me what I'm doing right/wrong and/or what I should be doing.
Thanks! Hope to hear from the people in this great community

Hello, so what is your high intensity cardio? I ride a bike hard to get and keep my heart rate to/at 140-145 beats per minute for as much of the 50 minute ride I do each day. I've gone from 234-238 to 208 and still heading down. My goal is 190-195 and toned, noticing that happening in my upper legs from all the riding. Started a group, A Spirit of Fitness ... drop in and good health to you!0

I try and treat riding my bike as extra, seeing as I only ride a cruiser anyways...
High intensity cardio, for me, involves running in 7 minute intervals for 45mins-an hour (I alternate between an elliptical machine and treadmill)

Having a plan is always the first step back on the wagon. Lately, I feel more like the ox yoked to the wagon...hopefully we'll both get on track!
Good luck with your plan! Stick to!0
