Help

I am not losiing anymore ... seems like i am stuck neither i am gaining nor i am losing pls help where i am going wrong .

    there are people here who would love to help but they are probably going to need more information. height/weight/goals? unlocking your diary is probably a good thing to do as well.

    I see that you are set at 1200 cals. This is very low for almost all ladies, unless you are very obese and have 100 pounds to lose. (and by your picture it doesn't look that way! )

    Set your goals to 1/2 pound to 1 pound a week loss and be patient.

    Another thing many folks are doing is to disregard MFP's calculations and instead figure out your TDEE (what you need to maintain at your current weight) and then subtract 15-20% for your deficit.

    Go to the "community" and then search TDEE and you will find many posts about this process.

    And most days below the 1200 - some days it's 900 and similar

    I'm concious not to unlock the whole 'starvation mode' argument, but eating too little certainly won't help your weight loss

    I had the same poblem like you. I was eating only 1200 cal a day and lost 3 kilos last two months and then nothing. One friend proposed to increase my goal to 1430 cal a day. I started yesterday doing so, I am waiting for positive result. Add me if you want as friend as I need someone with similiar propblem.
