    i take the time to log everything on my phone when we are out and about... so if you can get apps i would recommend to do that... goals stick with them...

    I joined this site a couple years ago but could never quite get into a routine of logging all my food/drinks! I would ALWAYS seem to forget, but like someone else suggested if you have access to a smartphone DEFINITELY download the MyFitnessPal app! It is a life saver! I am so used to using it now that I never forget to log my stuff. Best of luck to you! Feel free to add me if you like!
