    2" thick steak.
    Butter.
    Sea Salt
    Peppercorn
    1tbsp Peanut oil.

Salt steak. Let rest 1hr at room temp.

Put peanut oil in cast iron pan and heat over medium/high until smoke point
    put steak in 2 minutes
    flip steak
1 minute later, drop butter in
tilt pan up, constantly baste butter over steak for 1 more minute
place steak on side (Fatty side) for 1 minute
Set on plate. Drizzle buttery oil juice from pan over steak.
Crack pepercorn to taste over steak
    Wait 10 minutes
    Enjoy delicious rare steak.

you should have received a receipt at the store when you bought your food......

they might be able to print you out one if you go back.....

    is that what you needed..

Hooked on Phonics....... get a copy and get the receipt in case you need to take it back!

I can help. I should be eating a meal that matches that request and can take a pic of the receipt with my phone if that helps you.. I admit I will have to google "Love Carbs" I am guessing that chocolate is in that category, but it does sound a bit naughty. lol.

ok.. I "think" you mean a fresh recipe, with LOW carbs. for us, its all about the spices to keep it fresh. we switch between boneless/skinless chicken breast, fish, pork tenderloin and LEAN beef or bison as primary protein sources. Lots of fresh veggies. I have a good fresh turkey chili (can substitute bison) in my recipe section. let me know if its not visible.

super easy, tasty salad.. romaine or mixed greens, burpless cucumber, tomato's (when we can get decent ones). for dressing. just a few tablespoons of olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon, a bit of Feta cheese, Italian spices, sea salt and pepper. healthy and delicious. Add some chicken or lean beef and you have a complete meal.

C'mon people. English might not be her first language. I'm certain she meant recipe since it's in the 'recipe' section. Cut the girl some slack.

By low carb, what do you mean exactly? Are you looking for veggie dishes?

I like to make this and put it in a wrap. It's similar to something that a popular restaurant serves here in the US.

You must have auto correct on your phone but I think you are asking for recipes that are low carb. Summer is a great time to eat low carb. You can have any grilled meats, the summer squash, bell peppers etc. are low in carbs. I am not much of a recipe user but there are lots of good ones in the low carb group on MFP. I love to make dishes with a layer of squash (any type) pizza sauce (go easy because it does have carbs) and mozzarella or any Italian cheese blend. Bake until the squash is tender or if you are in a hurry, cook it in a skillet, add the sauce & cheese on top, put a lid on until it is melted & have a nice big salad & you will have a great meal. I hope you have good success in eating low carb.

You can also add pepperoni, ham cooked ground beef etc. to this.

The wrap with apples, cranberries & chicken sounds good. What wraps are low carb though?

Yeah, I thought about that after I posted it. I don't do low-carb myself. I suppose you could wrap it in a lettuce leaf. That would probably be pretty yummy.
