Hey there!

I just bought the book "the G.I Diet', just wondering if anyone else has or is currently using it, and can we be friends for support??

Thanks!

It's one of the better ones, but at the end of the day it's not much different from any sensible eating plan, in that it encourages you to eat plenty of fruit and veg and recommends eating fewer refined and sugary carbohydrates. Anyone could tell you that.

Personally I would save your money and just eat healthily.

Waste of money, I assume it's about the glycemic index, which has been shown as having no practical application in the real world. Unless you eat all of your carbs completely separately, and allow a few days for them to completely digest before you eat anything else, as once you add protein or fat to a carb, it's GI becomes a completely meaningless number.
