    The elliptical is a great cario machine for helping slim your rear.

    Elliptical or stairs.

    Also, you can practicing squeezing those butt muscles when you walk or even as you sit. Do reps of butt squeezes! :laugh: Sounds silly but it will firm those muscles!

    I agree with the cardio.. it just helps tone up everything! Lunges are really good too:)

    Where I'm from having a big bum is a good things lol. Not wide, but the other directions.

    Can't spot reduce - Don't we all wish we could. However, squats and loads of cardio will help!

    Sadly true! You can tone or build muscle with squats or the stairmaster but only hard cardio workouts will get you to lose anything!

    lol You girls crack me up! Self.com has 3 workouts, one for each booty type to get the results you want. Check it out!! I do the ample shape one 'cause I definitely got junk in the trunk. I've been doing lots of cardio...running and the stair master has lifted my bum and I can definitely tell I have muscle definition 'cause it's not as flabby as before. The bf loves it! lol :P Here's the link for those workouts:

    A couple of the exercises are repeated throughout. You could easily pick and choose, based on what each workout says it does, which is what I do.
