best whey.....

I like Bodylogix, it has high in protein (Vanilla Ice Cream flavor has 24g per 115 calories, 24g per 122 calories for Decadent Chocolate). Both flavors are good, I like to have the chocolate with milk and coffee, the vanilla with milk and pumpkin puree-I also add spices (cinnamon to the chocolate and cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to the vanilla). I buy Bodylogix at Meijer, it comes in a black container.

I also recommend the kitchen aid blender that comes with serving size cups to blend the shakes in. Before I got this appliance (similar to the magic bullet, etc.), I liked my protein shakes a lot less! This helps them to get thoroughly mixed in and that makes it much easier to drink the shakes without thinking "I HAVE to drink this protein".

Try different combinations-some people like almond milk alot, that might mask the flavor more than cow's milk. I love dairy and am not a fan of other "milks", but you might like that. Definitely experiment.

Lindberg Natural Whey Protein - nothing artificial and the vanilla flavor mixes with everything but it's also fine on its own

Unjury. The unflavored one can be added to Propel Zero, LIfewater Zero, Vitaminwater Zero. There is also Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, and a Cheese and Chicken Soup versions which can be cooked with (but heated to no more than 130 degrees)

I add the Strawberry to Vitaminwater Zero Squeezed for a great strawberry lemonade

Muscle Milk... good variety of flavors and tastes like an f-ing milkshake when mixed properly.
