I need some help

I only have 184 calories left for the day and I still have to eat dinner after work. Can someone tell me what is good to eat and stay at 184 or under?

    Sauteed mushrooms have almost no calories.
  • You should either take a nice walk or any other exercise or just eat a healthy dinner.. make a big salad, fruit & veggies & anything without a lot of calories.

    I agree with adding some exercise; even for 20 minutes will add some calories so you can eat more of a variety. Plus salad with tons of veggies and some chicken is pretty good with low cal.

    Or eat a moderate dinner and call today a "non losing" day. Then regroup and get back at it tomorrow.

  • Exercise will definitely give you more opportunity and flexibility with your dinner selection. But, you may also want to evaluate what other high caloric meals you are eating throughout the day. Maybe a rehaul of your calorie allowance would provide you with a more substantial calorie balance by dinner time. It's all about balance.

    progresso light soup or
    baked sweet potatoe or
    baked or grilled chicken with a vegetable or
    salad with a light dressing or
    homemade taco soup or chicken vegetable soup or
    egg white omelette or frittata with lots of veggies
  • All good :-) eggs are filling and only 80 calories each... you can also eat lots of veggies that are almost free... just remember every bite you eat are calories that will not be lost !!!!!!!!

    I would go for eggs - they are filling. Also, go for a brisk walk, should give you a couple more calories for the day. Good luck!
