I've been feeling somewhat dizzy the last few days..

I'm 5'4, 151 lbs currently, 1420 calories a day..

Is what I'm eating sufficient, I would think so, but for some reason I've been feeling slighty dizzy, not too bad, but enough for me to wonder...

(diary is open)

Thanks in advance.

  • How much do you exercise? You might need to up your carbs. Your carbs are energy for your brain. Make sure you drink plenty of water too.

Yeah, carbs are important for sure. Also, are you eating back exercise calories or not?

    Hi,

This happens to me sometimes when my hormones are out of whack. Could that be it for you? It looks like you're eating a good balance of food with plenty of carbs so not sure if its food related for you.
Do you take a multi vitamin? Are you working out more then you used to ?

Honestly, I haven't really been exercising at all lately, just watching food mainly...

As for hormones only thing that comes to mind is I went off the pill about 3 week ago? But dizziness has only been occuring the last 2-3 days.

Don't take a multi vitamin right now.

it's normal for it to happen occasionally, but if you're feeling dizzy alot, you should see a doctor because it could have something to do with low pressure.

  • My sister was having problems with being dizzy. She went to see her chiropractor, and has been feeling a lot better since.

Possible inner ear or even medication. I was put on a prescription anti-inflammatory a couple of weeks ago and was so dizzy it was making me fall down. I suggest seeing a doctor.
