i have several choices I added for my cardio exercises, under "exercise", but when I put "weights" or "weight lifting" under "strength training" it comes up "no results". How can I get that as a choice and find out how many calories it uses?

the options available under strength training are more specific.
there are a lot of things you can do with weights - e.g. bicep curls, shoulder raises, etc.0 -
Be more specific in your search terms. If your doing arm curls, search for arm curls.
It will not show any calorie details though.0 -
I guess I'll just keep using the "dancing" choice under "cardio". :-)
The 45 minute class is called "muscular strength" and includes weights, stretch bands, and aerobic dance while doing those things, with a little bit of yoga and tai chi thrown in! It's fun!0 -
The "strength training" section itself is just for keeping track of weights and reps. It doesn't give you credit for calories burned.
Search for strength training in the cardio section. Your class sounds like it might be more circuit training than strength training, too.0
