Hello!!

I used to weigh 330 pounds, I lost all that and lost all my muscle along with it :sad: I was 170 for a while before I started to bulk up. my current goal is to get to 190 eating clean foods and then cutting down to 180 (my current weight) my only goal is to gain muscle for the more muscular look.

I love this app/website because on my weight loss adventure I became a nutrition freak. I love healthy foods!! I will accept all friends since losing and gaining are both fitness goals.
