November Ironman Challenge

Hello everyone,
It has been a while since I last did one of these and realized that no one has started one yet for this month. For those that are new, the goal is to do an ironman November 1 through November 30. Adjust your goals if necessary - ie no pool for swimming but substituting rowing or aiming for a half ironman - and post. Then update how you are doing and how close to your goal you are getting.

For anyone that needs refreshing, ironman distances are:
Swim - 2.4 miles or 3.86 km
Bike - 112 miles or 180.2 km
Run - 26 miles or 42 km

My goal for November is to complete the ironman distances. As of November 8, 2012 I have completed
Swim - 1 km/3.86km
Bike - 10km/180km
Run - 9km/42km

    I'm back, setting the levels to minimum though as im just getting back into training after a problem with my knee when i went biking,. See how i get on from there:
