Ross Mini Challenge-8 Nov-20 Min FUN Cardio

Thursday 8 Nov......20 minutes (or more) of FUN Cardio. You can take a walk,bike ride,play a game,play wii or kinect just any kind of cardio that gets you moving and having fun at the same time. No video for this one. But if you don't know how to move and have fun too,let me know and I will post some videos to give you some ideas. :)
