Hi, I am new to this site (although definitely not new to dieting!) so just thought I would introduce myself and say hello!
I put on over 40lbs when I was pregnant and although I have lost most of it (my daughter is now 19months), I have a few pounds left to get to my pre-pregnancy weight and then a bit more to lose on top as I was overweight beforehand - so a total of 28lbs to lose for me, maybe a bit more if it goes well! I've dieted before and managed to lose around 14lbs a few years back but I put it all back on and now I seem to be stuck at this weight. I only started MFP at the beginning of the week but it's been a real eye-opener to see how many calories are in the foods I eat so I'll be making a few changes to the shopping list next week!

Hi there! Sending a friend request :-) I'm trying to get back to pre-pregnancy weight plus extra weight i put on following surgery. My daughter nearly 3 now so I have no excuses! Need to lose roughly 20lbs.0
