I'm a newbie!

Hey guys! I'm Maelee! I'm 18 and STRUGGLING to lose weight. I graduate high school in June and I want to be at my goal (or close to it) by then. I want to be 130lbs and that means I have 85 pounds to lose! I guess my biggest thing is eating right. I simply just do not know what to make that is good for me. I was raised on canned veggies, fruits and boxed pastas so now that I'm practically an adult I'm really having a hard time trying to do something different. So if you guys could send some recipes or ideas my way, it would appreciated more than you think.. I desperately need recipes that can be made fast. I have a part time job right after school and more often then not I'm closing (9:30 PM) so I'd have to make my "dinner" in the morning before school starts. Any support or advice is needed and will be appreciated.

    First off grats on getting on here. Tracking calories is a must and this site is super helpful. There's also a great community on here too. What does a day of calories and meals look like for you?
